Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes, appointments can be booked by calling the Clinic.
What will i expect on my first visit?
Your first visit will incorporate the initial assessment and treatment. A detailed history of your present condition and medical status will be taken, followed by a methodical and thorough clinical examination. The diagnosis of your presenting condition will be discussed and together your treatment plan will be established.
How long is the first visit?
Initial assessment and Treatment will be approx 40 mins.
What should I wear?
For neck, upper back and shoulder conditions a loose fitted top is required. For lower back, hip and leg conditions shorts are better. Generally, clothing that is loose and comfortable to perform movements is ideal.
How often will I require treatment?
The number of treatments you require is difficult to generalise because it will depend on the presenting condition and diagnosis. The earlier we treat your condition the better the outcome and speedy recovery. The average number of Physiotherapy treatment for clients is six.
How long are follow-up treatments?
Follow-Up treatment sessions are 30 mins.
Where can I park?
We have ample secure free parking on our doorstep.
By which methods do you accept payment?
We accept payment by cheque or cash. Unfortunately we do not accept debit / credit cards.
What facilities do you have?
We have a private treatment room, a reception area and toilets.
